REFUND POLICY

Returns and Exchanges Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If the wine you receive is faulty, you may return it within one week for a refund or an exchange for another product. Please do the following: Call Churchill Cellars and explain the reason for return and whether you want a refund, a replacement, or an exchange. Please pack and seal the item(s) securely. Use the return address on your invoice.

Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective. If our error, we will also pay shipping costs for items sent in exchange. Credit card refunds - All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If returned for any other reason, there will be a 15% restocking fee and the customer must pay the shipping cost for outbound and return costs.
